The car was as described, however my experience with this trip and the app also is pretty terrible. I guess i was looking for some humility from the host. I did stated that it was my first time using this app. I thought I filled out all the necessary info in the app. Turns out I didnt not, because I have never used the app before. So it would be nice if they reached out to me, but instead they cancelled my reservation the morning off, while I was flying. So I got charged and didn't get a car upon arrival. I had to pay again and they host wasnt kind at all answering questions. I guess they did everything "by the book", by i wouldnt recommended.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Turo requires you to finish all of the necessary documentation or Turo cancels your booking. We reached out to you the moment you booked your trip and informed you of the importance to having Turo notifications enabled. It seems you neglected to follow the steps Turo instructed you to do. We’re glad you were able to get it sorted out & able to rent the vehicle after all & had a great time with the vehicle. You really shouldn’t be leaving us the bad review.
