This company was excellent! Questions were texted and answered promptly. Phone assistance guided me to our drop off location. They were very responsive and kind when this old lady contacted them. Half the price of other rentals worked for me. I didn’t want to pay $700 for 4 days. Will DEFINITELY use them again!

The overall Turo experience was good for a first time user. I would have given a five star had the vehicle not contained the lingering smell of weed. It saturated the interior of the vehicle.... even with the windows down you couldn't air out the smell. Found it funny that the rental agreement calls for no smoking... which we don't and was a reason we selected this vehicle but you would think i was lying to you after getting out of that vehicle... we could smell it on our clothing the first couple days. Under different circumstances I would've canceled and gotten a different rental... it was that bad.
