Easy to find and pick up. Car was clean upon inspection.

Car quality was biggest issue. It made a LOT of noise constantly, the lights weren’t very bright when needed, and the driver’s seat belt wasn’t functioning properly. Brakes also very touchy.
Also some issues with return instructions - the Turo-designated area of the Rent a Car Center is very small and not well marked. We finally found it but it ended up being full, so had to park in remote lot after all that.
I am totally baffled by this review. There is nothing wrong with this car. It does not make any unusual noise. The brakes and lights are fine and no prior guest has complained about them. We have no control over Turo rules for airport parking and frankly parking/access should not be a criteria to hit hosts. Since the guest left 3 stars, she is not eligible to rent from us again.
