Toyotas never disappoint and being that I already own a 4Runner, I was expecting the rental to be the same in which it is. Vehicle was clean and easy to find in the parking lot as Sean provided clear directions. Reservation was easy, fast, and simple! Sean is very friendly, prompt in responding, and has accommodated our extension which we greatly appreciate! We definitely will rent from Sean again! Mahalo plenty!!
First time TURO user I am not sure how much better Don’s car, help, and service could have been. He was early and waiting for me while I waited to pick up my bags, met me at the curb, and helped me load my bags into his car. He even had a mask and snorkel set, beach chairs, and a small cooler ready for me to use while in Hawaii. The car was immaculately clean, had a charge cord for my phone, and had I wipes to keep things tidy. Don was easy to communicate with and made the rental experience simple and fast. If you have ever experienced the Kona rental counter and line, TURO made that headache disappear. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend!

Loved the vehicle! Clean, great gas mileage, beautiful sun roof! It got us safely to our destinations all over the island. Retrieving the car was a pretty seamless process. The price of the car was also cheaper than any of the local car rental companies, even Costco. I would definitely rent from them again:)

Car was just right for our family of 4. I wish pickup was walking distance to the airport, you will need to take an uber to the pickup location (though that’s not on the host, the airport is just strict and does not allow Turo there). The host was super responsive when I had questions at pickup, which was very helpful. He also provided very detailed instructions for pickup and location. Thanks for helping our vacation run smooth:)
The car was in excellent condition and clearly very well maintained. We loved the extra perks of having beach chairs and a cooler included. We took the cooler with us everywhere and used the chairs at three different beaches, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The car drove great, got excellent gas mileage, and allowed us to explore the island while using very little fuel. This was our first time using Turo, and it was a wonderful experience. We’d definitely rent from them again!
