Faraz provided a great rental experience from start to finish. He was very attentive, responsive, and made the process easy. The Hyundai Kona was delivered to the airport exactly at the scheduled time, which made pickup incredibly convenient. The vehicle was excellent on gas and performed very well throughout my trip. There were a few minor dings on the exterior, but they were barely noticeable and did not impact the overall experience in any way. I would definitely rent from Faraz again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free Turo rental.

BMW X4 2016

Beautiful car. Very well kept. Looks much newer than a 10 year old vehicle with over 140,000 miles on it. The vehicle rode very nice and gets pretty good gas mileage as well. It also handles well in the snow and offers a nice and quiet ride. Unfortunately we had to pick up the vehicle the day after a major snowstorm, so it was covered in snow and ice. It would have been helpful to have the car cleaned off, especially de-iced, but thankfully the host left a snow brush in the vehicle for us to use. If we didn’t have that brush, it would have taken us a lot longer than the 40 minutes it took us to clean off the car. Communication with the host was prompt. However, communication with Turo was not. Host responded quickly to all messages and apologized for the car being covered in snow and ice. Using Turo was a bit more work than renting from a typical car rental agency. It was our first time using Turo and I’m not sure the amount of work which is required is worth the value received. Plus communication with Turo was lacking. Overall, I would recommend this host and his vehicle if you’re looking for a well kept luxury car.

Friendly communication, clean, and fresh smelling vehicle. I felt comfortable and safe. A concern I had was dealt with to my satisfaction, prior to pickup. I highly recommend this host - who in a drop-off conversation let me know they are experienced hosts with other accounts and automotive businesses - which made me a lot more comfortable! All my questions were promptly answered. Definitely a great value as well compared to other vehicles I shopped to rent for an extended weekend trip.
