We cannot say enough good things about this experience with Get Lost Montana. Even before we landed to pick up the car, Keith was in communication with us and helping us. This is my first Turo rental and he set a pretty high bar for anyone else. Incredible focus on customer service and treated us like we were relatives coming into the area. Even though our flights kept getting delayed (both inbound and departing!), he waited there to make a personal handoff and walk us through everything to make us feel more comfortable. The Lexus RX350 was absolutely spotless and ran beautifully. It was so comfortable and we were so excited to get such a nice car for much less than even half the price of a smaller car at the big rental agencies. And they provided two bear sprays, plus a nice size cooler, and rain ponchos and emergency first aid all for free. Saved us a ton of money renting bear spray. And we didn't realize that our lodge would not have a refrigerator, so we lived out of the cooler that he provided. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to have them be our first call for any other trip to the area!

Truly, the best trip ever on Turo. We enjoyed the Mercedes G wagon throughout our glacier trip. Riding in luxury for the same price as a Tahoe or suburban. Jeff’s G wagon was exceptional. Super clean and in excellent condition for a 2014 model. The vehicle was very comfortable and spacious for all our needs.. Jeff was very friendly and easy to contact for any information needed. We would definitely rent with Jeff again and specially, the Mercedes G wagon which was our favorite car so far.
Kara's Audi was perfect for our week-long trip to Montana to visit family! So many great features, and we loved the sunroof since we lucked out and had beautiful weather (highs in the 70s!) for most of our early-Oct trip. Would definitely rent from Kara again! 🙌🏻
