Did a LAST minute rental (within hours of landing). Didn't have to wait long to pick it up even though the booking was last minute. Reasonable price especially compared to other rental companies. No line, you just walk to the overflow parking lot, enter the code, and take photos before you drive. Car had cosmetic damage from previous people but we were not looking for a show car for our trip. Was perfect for our needs, and checkout is simple. Not sure if I needed to buy the insurance but the plan for an extra $11 a day was worth the peace of mind. Thank you!

Very reliable vehicle and an outstanding host! Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze. I loved the option of being able to rent bear spray and other items. Price was very reasonable, especially compared to rental car companies. You can’t go wrong renting this vehicle. 5 plus stars!!

The host Keith was excellent! Very helpful and accommodating to fit your schedule and helping with all questions. The car was very clean and in great working condition. Perfect to get in and out of the park and very comfortable for longer drives. Highly recommended to rent through Get Lost Montana and avoid the over priced commercial rental companies where you are just a transaction instead of being treated like a guest by Get Lost Montana. This was my first time using Turo and I appreciate the excellent service they provided.

Car was great mechanically... could probably use a shampooing of the seats to be honest. Drove very very smooth, rental process was excellent and convenient. The best part was 40+ mpg when driving in the mountains!

Keith was fantastic to work with from start to finish. The Lexus RX was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. What really set him apart was how he went above and beyond—he lent us a first aid kit and bear spray for our Glacier National Park trip, which was incredibly thoughtful and useful. He also put together a booklet with recommendations for the best hikes, grocery stores, and local restaurants, making it much easier to plan our visit. His communication was excellent, and the whole rental experience was seamless. I would definitely rent from Keith again and highly recommend him to anyone visiting the area.
I never got the car due to transportation issues but the company was flexible and only charged me for one day and not the entire reservation. Can NOT say that about, say, over half the companies I had to work with to salvage this Sh!! Show of a “vacation”. Thank you Turo

Most importantly, these people actually honored the reservation (unlike Pete in Butte who canceled our trip at the last minute). Clean

Went to Montana with our family (8 members) for a dream vacation. Found the perfect vehicle to transport all of us , a 2025 GMC Yukon Denali from a truly exceptional young lady named Lindsay. The entire process was easy and stress free. The car was waiting for us at the airport. Clean, fueled, and fully appointed. The entire process of working with TURO was easier than going to any of the Big Corporation rental companies. I’m happy that I’ve discovered TURO and will continue to work with them in the future .
Was amazing car brand new condition for a competitive price. Thank you Recommend using them.
Had the best experience with Ramon. The car was perfect. Extremely clean and perfect for our family. Pickup and drop-off were seem less. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful time on our vacation.

The car was exactly as advertised clean, reliable, and in great condition. It drove perfectly throughout my trip with no issues at all. The pickup and return process was smooth and easy, making the entire rental experience hassle-free. I would definitely rent this car again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle.

The vehicle was great and comfortable. Keith is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.. It was such an added convenience for him to provide a bear spray because we flew in and did not have that. he also provided bug spray and easy communication about best places where to go. He was very responsive and it made everything on our trip very easy! Would highly recommend and plan to use him again! Five stars!

Vehicle was clean and exactly as described, added bonus of included phone chargers in the console was very helpful. Hosts were initially not as communicative as previous reviews mentioned and I was worried I would have issues with the pickup or rental overall. However, once hosts sent message with pickup instructions, they became more responsive with quicker replies. Gas mileage is to be expected for an SUV, I used just over 600 of my allotted 800 miles during my booking. Vehicle was able to fit an Aventon e-bike with the back seats down, so plenty of space if you’re planning on adventuring. For a last minute reservation after an unexpected car rental cancellation, very pleased and would book again!
Duane was FANTASTIC. He communicated quickly and was very helpful with planning other aspects of my trip with recommendations and advice. The car was clean and reliable. I would absolutely recommend him and use his rental again.
The whole process of getting the rental car is very smooth and easy with Keith. Very good communication and I managed to get to the car within 5 minutes of arrival. He was also very helpful in getting me ready with the necessity for my Glacier trip too. Great and comfortable vehicle for my entire trip across the GTTSR.

Excellent experience with Keith from beginning to end. He was a great communicator and thoughtful host and provided supplies to make our trip easier. Best host for your GNP trip!

Brooks was an amazing host. From 0-5, I would give her 10 stars. If you are looking for a suv at a good price compared to traditional car rental companies for GNP, then don't look elsewhere and just book Brooks Toyota RAV 4 before someone books it. 🙏
