Easy rental process and great communication. Car was just as described and perfect for our quick road trip.

★★★★★ Amazing Experience with this Tesla Model Y! This Tesla Model Y rental was fantastic from start to finish. The car was absolutely pristine — clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. A special highlight was getting to demonstrate the Full Self-Driving feature to my elderly father, who's over 80. Being able to show him firsthand what a Tesla can do was such a meaningful experience, and the host offered this feature at a very reasonable additional cost. I also want to commend the host's honesty and integrity. When I returned the car, I noticed a small ding on the passenger front door and immediately flagged it, since I hadn't inspected the car closely at pickup. The host was upfront and let me know it had already been disclosed as pre-existing damage before my rental — I just hadn't noticed it. That kind of transparency says a lot about how they run their business. Overall, a wonderful car, a smooth rental process, and a trustworthy host. Highly recommend! Want me to make it shorter for a quick star-rating platform, or is this length good for Turo?

The Car Was Excellent, Clean and Great On Gas. Pick Up Was Good But The Parking Price Was Not What The Turo App Said It Would Be. Only Complaint. The Host Mr. Eddie Was Great On Answering Questions And Very Helpful. I Highly Recommend Him.

Great host. Cool lil car. Great price. When I come back, I'm only using this host.

James was great! He has the best customer service skills and always makes himself available to answer all my questions. The vehicle was in pristine condition, smoothest ride we have ever had! I highly recommend James and his Ford Escape. This was our first Turo reservation (after many many years of using car rental companies) and Turo has my business from here on.

Host was very responsive and accommodating of everything. Car ran great and the entire trip was very convenient. Will definitely rent again.

The car was clean, with a smooth ride. There was plenty of trunk space, with leg room up front, for our family trip. The host and co-host were communicative, friendly, and helpful answering questions.
Excellent experience! I rented while traveling from North Carolina and everything was incredibly easy from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off at ELP were convenient and hassle-free, the vehicle was clean and exactly as described, and communication was great throughout the trip. This made traveling so much less stressful. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.
Carols was the BEST! The car was amazing and such a better experience than renting with bigger rental companies. No hassle just smooth. Will definitely be renting from them again.

The car was amazing and very clean. Hosts had great communication and were very accommodating. Very easy pick up and drop off. I will absolutely use them again for our next trip.

Carlos and Cheyenne are so accommodating and on top of their game they make it very convenient for pick up and drop off and if you need to change your dates they will walk you through the process and our terrific listeners. I would totally rent again from them.

This could have easily been a terrible trip. We had a blown out tire on the road on a desert highway with all of our kids. Our host was quick, helpful, and resourceful. He helped us access the extra tire, coordinated installation of new tires, and covered our expenses. I highly recommend Burch Rentals🤩
Amazing car! Such a smooth drive, no issues at all. Great gas mileage as well. Host was super nice and very responsive! Highly recommend renting out this vehicle. Will be renting out again should I need another rental (:

It was a perfect trip! My grandson and I enjoyed the really cold AC as it was over 106 degrees in the park. So clean and great window washer for lots of window bug hits! Thanks for everything’
Amazing host! Very nice car great to drive and clean! No issues what’s so ever would rent again!

Easy pick up process . Quick response time from the host! Will rent again !

100,000 stars!!!! Benji is an Angel sent straight from heaven! His cars are wonderful but he alone makes the rental experience with Turo unforgettable! Thank you, Benji! See you soon!
