I have never experienced a better TURO owner than Matt. He saved me when American Airlines ruined my flights and caused us to miss enterprise rental pick up. He has also has been so delightful to work with even with a front windshield crack because of a bird hitting it. If you ever have a chance to book a vehicle out of El Paso you need to use his services. The best customer service I have ever experienced.

I had to change my trip a few times due to issues during my trip. James was very accommodating and understanding. Thank you for letting me rent longer than initially planned!
Car rental was perfect. And car was really clean. Arturo was amazing. He even added FSD for our trip, which was worth it for us. The pickup and drop off were also extremely smooth. Would definitely recommend if you’re used to driving Teslas.

Beautiful suv, thank you for allowing my family to enjoy it. Blessings.

Easy rental process and great communication. Car was just as described and perfect for our quick road trip.
Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Responded to messages promptly and thoroughly. The vehicle was amazing. Ran very well, was extra roomy and just a beautiful, cleanl vehicle. I will definitely rent from Chris again!

My family and I came in for a quick trip into town and could not have been happier with our experience. Cheyenne was so communicative and accommodating from the moment we first made arrangements and made pick up easy at the airport. The car was clean and in primo condition, even left us considering a Honda of our own! Thank you, Cheyenne, for such a great experience as first time Turo users!
Carols was the BEST! The car was amazing and such a better experience than renting with bigger rental companies. No hassle just smooth. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Another five star trip! I travel to El Paso a few times a year for work and James is the only host I rent from. The car is always spotless, odorless, and in excellent driving condition. It is also fun to drive! James is friendly, responsive, and great to work with! Looking forward to next time!
I give the best review, excellent truck at no time failed. The host is always friendly and answers the moment. 10 out of 10 my rating and I recommend it and I will rent it again.
The host was very friendly and even left cold drinks... and even made our trip possible on last minute rental

★★★★★ Amazing Experience with this Tesla Model Y! This Tesla Model Y rental was fantastic from start to finish. The car was absolutely pristine — clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. A special highlight was getting to demonstrate the Full Self-Driving feature to my elderly father, who's over 80. Being able to show him firsthand what a Tesla can do was such a meaningful experience, and the host offered this feature at a very reasonable additional cost. I also want to commend the host's honesty and integrity. When I returned the car, I noticed a small ding on the passenger front door and immediately flagged it, since I hadn't inspected the car closely at pickup. The host was upfront and let me know it had already been disclosed as pre-existing damage before my rental — I just hadn't noticed it. That kind of transparency says a lot about how they run their business. Overall, a wonderful car, a smooth rental process, and a trustworthy host. Highly recommend! Want me to make it shorter for a quick star-rating platform, or is this length good for Turo?
Everything was excellent, the host and car, very responsive and friendly, will totally rent again !

The host was so easy to work with, very understandable and accommodated the length of time I needed to have the vehicle eith no hesitation I highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent a good comfortable vehicle and with the easiest process to rent it as well!!

Carlos!! Beat host there is! Very accommodating, kind and really helpful extending our trip, due to airline cancellation. Will use again!

The Nissan Rouge was very clean, drove great and got great gas mileage. I would definitely rent this vehicle again.
Amazing! Car was showroom clean. Very accessible during my trip.. They were very busy the day of return and offered to meet me to return the car and then dropped me off at the airport gate. 100% 1st class!

This is probably the best host out here. Although there was a little hiccup, they were so proactive in helping me.
