Unfortunately, this reservation was impacted by unexpected windshield damage from a previous trip that required replacement. We offered the guest an alternate vehicle while repairs were underway, but they preferred to keep their original reservation. Because the repair could not be completed before the trip, the reservation ultimately had to be canceled. While Turo records this as a host cancellation, it followed the guest declining the offered vehicle swap.
I have never experienced a better TURO owner than Matt. He saved me when American Airlines ruined my flights and caused us to miss enterprise rental pick up. He has also has been so delightful to work with even with a front windshield crack because of a bird hitting it. If you ever have a chance to book a vehicle out of El Paso you need to use his services. The best customer service I have ever experienced.
