Everything was amazing and easy.

The rental company was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. I also appreciated the complimentary water, mints, and other amenities provided in the vehicle, and the car is very good on gas with the 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine.
However, the vehicle itself could use some attention. The exterior and floorboards were dirty upon arrival, although I understand the weather was rainy at the time. More importantly, the passenger-side window switch was loose, would come out of the door panel, and would not roll the window back up properly. There were also several loose interior pieces, and the vehicle had very poor throttle response while driving.
Customer service was great, but the overall condition and maintenance of the vehicle could definitely be improved for future renters.

The window switch issue was not present during our pre trip inspection and has since been addressed. The vehicle had also just returned from the shop with no known performance concerns. Unfortunately, heavy storms and flooding around pickup made maintaining the exterior and floorboard cleanliness difficult. We appreciate the feedback and will continue ensuring our vehicles meet our standard

Unfortunately, during the previous guest’s trip, the vehicle developed a check engine light and required service. We immediately took it to the shop, but the necessary repairs could not be completed before this reservation was scheduled to begin. Rather than provide a vehicle with a known mechanical concern, we made the difficult decision to cancel the trip. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and always prioritize the safety and reliability of our vehicles.
