SUV rental at Port Columbus International Airport (CMH)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time renting through Turo and my first time renting from Dakota, and I can truly say I had an amazing experience with both! Turo made the rental process so much easier and more convenient than renting through the airport. Another rental option was going to cost us almost twice as much and had so many additional requirements. Being able to find Dakota's vehicle through Turo was truly a blessing, especially during a time when my family really needed it. What made the experience even more special was Dakota's kindness, flexibility, and understanding. I explained that I had a family emergency and needed to drive out of town to see my father, whom I had not seen in almost 18 years. I asked Dakota beforehand if it would be okay to make the trip since the vehicle did not have unlimited mileage, and Dakota was very understanding and allowed me to do so. I knew there would be additional mileage charges, and I had absolutely no problem paying the difference because being able to make that trip and finally see my father after almost 18 years was priceless to me. The entire experience—from finding and booking the vehicle through Turo to communicating with Dakota—was easy and convenient. Having this vehicle helped make it possible for me to be there for an incredibly important family moment that I will never forget. I am truly grateful to Dakota for the kindness and flexibility, and I'm grateful that Turo gave us another option when traditional airport rentals were becoming difficult and expensive. I would absolutely use Turo again and would definitely rent from Dakota again! I highly recommend both. Thank you, Dakota, for helping make such an important trip possible for my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. While I’m always a bit hesitant renting through Turo, this trip reminded me exactly why it’s so much better to support local residents over the big rental companies. Dakota was a wonderful host—quick to respond, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. The car was ideal for our family, providing a very smooth ride and a spacious trunk. We would absolutely rent from Dakota again!

Pick up and drop off was easy! Good price. Car had a bad stench from someone smoking in it though.

Pick up was soo easy and host was great with responding quickly. Its such a great car, I took with me and my family for a little business trip and gat away, we enjoyed the ride.. definitely recommend this car.

I used this vehicle to make 2 college drops off. 1 to Athens and 1 to Cleveland State. Anthony gave clear, detailed directions on where to find the vehicle and how to access it. The vehicle was very clean, smelled like it was freshly detailed. The vehicle drives well, I had no issues. Unless I buy a bigger SUV, I will be a return customer for future college drop offs/pickup.
