From the first message, communication was fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. Every question was answered right away, pickup instructions were simple, and nothing felt confusing or last-minute. The whole process was effortless from booking to drop-off.
The customer service was over the top. They made sure the car was ready, clean, and easy to access, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and were flexible when I needed a small change. It felt like they actually cared about the trip, not just handing over the keys.

Great car with super easy pick up!

The night before we were supposed to pick up the car I got a message that the "check engine" light would be on, but not to worry because it was a part that was on backorder. Well, I was worried that I would break down on the side of the freeway the entire time I was in possession of this car. The car also didn't cool well, we had to have the fan on high to even feel the slightest cooling in 90 degree heat, which was very loud and annoying. All in all, it was not a good experience driving this car for tge 3-1/2 days I had it.
