SUV rental at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)

Tay was the BEST host! Pickup was super easy, and anytime I had any questions or concerns, she responded in a timely manner. She made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be booking with her again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my 1st Turo experience and non-traditional rental company for business and leisure. I was able to experience the host and Turo support throughout my 5 day experience with a BMW X7 2019. As a BMW 3-6 series owner since 2 decades and traveling with a family and pet, it was the best selection. The meeting location was within blocks of my starting and ending location, convenient. My Host, Shane,, met my neighbor and I and provided a quick tour and his return instructions. After completing Tutorial, I was ready for my 8 hour drive under the unlimited mileage and full protection insurance plan for the automobile purchased through Turo. Shane was provided photos on the Turo message board of brakes and oil service during the trip. He continued the trip because BMWs can go additional 1K before it's a horrible situation, as I knew but he had to be informed. Both windshield wipers blew off while on auto during intermittent rains. As a BMW Owner for over 20 years, I have never loss a windshield wiper or wipers during the automatic mode while raining.. The sound was very traumatizing before realizing what happened. Again, Shane was provided photos of the automobile during and after reaching my destination on the Turo message board. As a new guest and 2 decades of BMW ownerships,,my suggestion of a BMW wiper installation was met by Shane and Turo reimbursed the service. Also, Shane received a digital review of his car upon entering the service department garage.. During my return process, Shane was very patient with me and the closing process of ending a trip. Throughout my trip, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. My transportation selection met all of my needs and consideration of an X7 have occurred. I know that most would not grant 5 stars with 2 service warnings and wipers dislodging during a trip but I know the brand of the car and my service selection was met and assured reimbursement. The solutions to the problems were solved and didn't hinder my trip. If reimbursement becomes an issue, then it's viral.

This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. The instructions for pickup and return were clear and easy to follow, which made the entire process stress-free. Our flight was a bit delayed, and it was such a relief knowing our vehicle was already waiting for us instead of having to worry about rental car counters or availability. I also appreciated the option to add protection and roadside assistance, which gave us extra peace of mind throughout the trip. The car was spacious, and incredibly comfortable for our family. It drove beautifully smooth, quiet, and without any issues at all. It truly made our trip more enjoyable. I highly recommend renting from Yana. Super convenient- great communication and service. This was a last minute decision, and it worked out perfectly! The Wagoneer was comfortable and made the trip into the mountains and back much more enjoyable for our 3 kids (7-11) and us. Everyone got their space, were comfortable- and that goes a long way. Overall, would recommend for exactly what we used the car for: a family vacation to spread out and enjoy the space/luxuries that this Wagoneer has to offer.

Excellent host, incredible car, amazing deal. This was probably my best Toro rental experience to date. I have a Tesla listed on Toro myself, and I can say that this host really goes above and beyond with communication, problem solving. I couldn’t have been happier with how this all went

The car was very spacious and extremely clean! The host was also very understanding and easy to work with. I didn’t realize the drop-off time was 10 AM, and since our trip was so long and I needed to drop the kids off first, I had to extend the rental. She was very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend renting from her and would absolutely rent from her again!

My family and I used this Sorento for a weekend beach trip to Wilmington this past weekend. It all went pretty well. Here are my pros & cons: PROS - The Host was great. He was responsive and I got to meet him on drop-off. Seems like a good dude. - The vehicle was clean and everything pretty much worked. - Air conditioning is TOP NOTCH! I believe this Sunday was the hottest day of the year thus far and we were on the swampy coast. But after 2-3 minutes of driving, you could hardly tell. My wife and daughters complained of getting cold at times due to the great A/C. - Interior space was great/huge for us and all of our overpacking... - The mileage allotment and price were a decent value. CONS - The vehicle has ~ 130K miles. It runs well but it might show its age a bit. My biggest gripe was the driver door fails to open when you pull the handle. The door will be unlocked and you've pulled the handle...but the door doesn't pop open. - This is totally my subjective question as I didn't have it inspected...but does the car need a brake job? It could totally be the vehicle design and it DID NOT make any brake-related noises. But the pedal felt soft/spongy, as if brakes were needed. Again...could TOTALLY just be the design of the car. - The vehicle had a strange smell on pickup. It was super clean; the Host had it detailed before we scooped it (which was appreciated). The smell could have been related to the detailing chemicals/cleansers, as I believe is dissipated during our weekend of renting. - Super Minor: I went over in mileage a bit...and it sure would be nice to be able to do a reasonable beach trip (like to Wilmington, our destination) w/o an overage. The Outer Banks? No, those are a lot of miles from Charlotte. But Wilmington mileage seems fair.

Easy pick up and drop off. Car was wonderful for our family vacation.

Would definitely recommend. Host was great to deal with, fast communicator. Also she had a charging cord ready to go to hook up to Apple play. I rented a car seat for my trip as well and that was clipped in as well. Car was easy to drive and great to get around with 2 little ones, luggage and a stroller.
