The car was not clean. I don’t how long it has been since it was washed. It is not because it is black. It because it has not been cleaned. The host should take better care of his car.
We do cleaned and satisfied our vehicles with every guest my apologies for any inconvenience

Directions were clear for picking up and returning the vehicle! The car ran great and got us everywhere we needed to be!
The only things we had complaints about is a couple of the vents were broken so we could not adjust the air flow in a few of the vents. And the speakers were busted. Minor inconveniences.

Everything was pretty good. Car quality, the pick up and drop off. It was straightforward once following the instructions. Over all, I was able to do everything needed to on this trip.

Not clear on checkout process
I don't understand this I have detailed instructions all the way through i even send a YouTube video to show the guest step by step on what to do how to find the vehicle this review makes no sense

The CarPlay don’t work speakers sound a little bad other then that car was great
Car play does work just needed to delete all the many users
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
