This had the be the one of the best Turo experiences I have had. The car was beautiful! Erik was so easy to communicate with and he was super kind. He added special touches like bottled water and a refund for the parking at the airport. We will be here in Oregon often and plan to rent from Erik every time if his car is available.

I recently discovered Turo and this was my first experience. It was so refreshing dealing woth an actual person that is simply representing himself, not a giant car rental company. Matt was great, easy to work with. He also walked me through some of the basics if the service.
Nice little car no problems checking out or checking back in. Drove like a champ over the cascade mountains, good for one to two people to travel with large suitcases owner made process stress-free would rent from again.
