Very nice vehicle, easy pickup at the airport and prompt at replying to my messages. Would definitely rent from Sara again.

The SUV was where it needed to be and ready on time, and the owner was kind and responsive throughout the rental. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself wasn’t in the condition we expected, so I wouldn’t rent it again.
The interior had stains on the headliner and a badly ripped center console. The exterior had a lot of scratches as well. There was a very loud humming noise that we suspected could be a wheel bearing, and the brakes squealed. The driver’s-side window also kept rolling back down whenever we tried to close it. (It finally started working on the last day after an error message popped up on the dash cluster)
I did drive my son’s wedding party in the SUV, but I wish it had been in better condition for the occasion. The group noticed how rough it looked and sounded, which added to my disappointment.
The price was close to what we would have paid at National, so I wish we had booked there instead. I prefer to support an independent owner, but this vehicle wasn’t in the condition I’d hoped for on such an important occasion.
One practical note for future renters: the cargo area is very small. We could barely fit a suitcase and two backpacks, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage for up to seven people. That’s just the vehicle’s design, not the owner’s fault.
