Abe was an absolutely great host. As a first time traveler who made some reservation stumbles, he worked with me to accommodate any changes with me, with a friendly attitude. I would gladly rent from them again. Love that things felt personal versus at typical rental companies.

We come to Oahu quite a bit, and this rental worked out perfectly for our family. We were moving our daughter out of her dorm for the summer, so having a comfortable SUV with plenty of storage space in the back made a huge difference. It handled luggage, boxes, and beach gear easily without everyone feeling cramped. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive around the island. Whether we were running errands in town or spending the day exploring different parts of Oahu, it was reliable and enjoyable the entire trip. Compared to the major rental companies where even tiny cars can cost a fortune in Hawaii, this was a much better value. We’ve also used Hui before, but if you’re out exploring for more than a couple hours, the cost adds up fast. Having this vehicle available the whole trip gave us way more flexibility and convenience without the stress. Would absolutely rent again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!

This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend this Tesla to anyone looking for the best Turo experience in Seattle. 5/5!

Nick was an amazing host from start to finish. The Porsche Macan was absolutely EPIC — powerful, sleek, clean, smooth, and every bit of the luxury experience I was hoping for. I originally rented it for work, but I enjoyed it so much that I extended the trip for pleasure, and my family loved every second of it too. Nick’s customer service was top-tier. He was accommodating with my last-minute changes, easy to communicate with, and made the entire rental process feel effortless. The vehicle definitely turns heads, but the overall experience with Nick is what really made it stand out. I’d absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a luxury ride with a professional, reliable host.

Prices were decent, especially for the size and year of the vehicle. Pick up and drop off were pretty simple and straightforward. Personally not the type of car I would go for, but due to my last sketchy host canceling on me hours before my trip because I covered my address in the license confirmation picture (which Turo allows you to do) that car was the greatest savior I have ever had! The host was awesome! He vacuumed and hosed the car down on the spot for me even though he was really busy. He even listened to me ranting about my trip lol and I appreciate that type of service. I'll definitely utilize them again if I ever get the chance.

Igor was fantastic, the car was a complete joy to drive and Igor has gone out of his was to add some nice touches, a cooler with drinks and ice when you pick up the vehicle, an umbrella, and a charging power cord. The car was well beyond clean and tidy, by far the best Turo I've ever rented. The price was reasonable and was able to extend my reservation a few times was supposed to have for 2-3 days ended up with 7-8. I would highly recommend this vehicle and this host 5 out 5 stars top notch.

The Full Self-Driving technology was absolutely incredible. We drove along the California coast, through busy congested city traffic, active construction zones, and crowded tourist areas, and the system handled everything with impressive confidence and smoothness. It made long drives far more relaxing and enjoyable than I ever expected. The car itself was comfortable, efficient, and a pleasure to drive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. On top of that, the host provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process. If you’re considering renting a Tesla Model Y with Full Self-Driving, don’t hesitate. This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I would gladly rent from this host again. Highly recommended!

This suburban was perfect for a large family trip to Disney World. Aside from large passenger vans, you cannot rent an 8 passenger vehicle from traditional car rental companies. The windshield was cracked by renters right before us, but host reached out and communicated it- offered to let us continue to rent it as is, offered a different vehicle in their fleet, or were willing to help us cancel with Turo. We opted to continue to rent with the crack, and it did not hinder the usage at all!!! Definitely recommend!

Ali and company are the reason why Turo will always be a better choice to rent a vehicle than any big rental companies. Always being available for questions and checking in on me and my family to make sure we got everything we needed. Through out my whole trip I felt completely safe knowing that no matter what came up resources were already in place for me to reach out to if something came up. During the end my trip while doing my final checks I found out so many amenities and emergency items were stowed away out of sight just in case something would come up and would require them. 100% would recommend renting from Ali and will definitely do so myself in the future.
