I rented Zach’s 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Turo for a trip to Tennessee. Zach was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the rental process straightforward. The Jeep was comfortable and had plenty of room for our trip. I appreciated Zach’s help and would rent from them again!
My experience during the rental process was GREAT!! The owner (Ryan) reached out to inform me of a time delay related with the vehicle I initially reserved. Ryan knew the vehicle wouldn’t be returned in time for him to prepare for my reservation. Ryan quickly accommodated me with another SUV that was even BETTER. Communication goes along way and Ryan completed the assignment. The vehicle was clean, there was enough space for my family, you could tell that maintenance is a priority, and the drive was smooth. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

Jeep was in good condition. Pick-up and drop-off could not have been easier. Matt was exceptionally easy to deal with. Overall a good experience. At pickup time we noticed some personal items in the jeep, which, in a different situation, I might have appreciated (for example, a shovel and a gas can), but Matt was open to taking it with him because we needed the space for another item during this trip. Overall a very positive experience
