My experience during the rental process was GREAT!! The owner (Ryan) reached out to inform me of a time delay related with the vehicle I initially reserved. Ryan knew the vehicle wouldn’t be returned in time for him to prepare for my reservation. Ryan quickly accommodated me with another SUV that was even BETTER. Communication goes along way and Ryan completed the assignment. The vehicle was clean, there was enough space for my family, you could tell that maintenance is a priority, and the drive was smooth. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

Amazing experience! We will always rent from Turo going forward. The Palisade was the perfect vehicle for our family trip and the process is much better than using traditional rental car companies.

Host was super awesome to deal with. We had a mishap where someone hit the vehicle that we had rented with nobody in the car not sure what happened. The host let us keep the vehicle to finish our awesome trip to the last Alan Jackson concert ever plus the remainder of the trip and deal with it after the trip ended would definitely 10 out of 10 recommend and run from them again. Car was super clean well maintained good shape. Everything you would want from a rental.

I can not say enough good things about our experience! The Jeep was so fun but working with Craig and Lisa might have been more worth it than the Jeep. They went above and beyond to help me work out the reservation, answer questions, and it was all done with lightning fast response! Highly recommend!!

This was our first time using Turo. I will ALWAYS use Turo for any future rental needs. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. We specifically wanted a GMC Denali XL and it’s what we got. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Great trip vehicle. Our entire family was happy and comfortable.

Ryan was very accommodating especially when I accidentally ordered the wrong type of car seat. He delivered the correct one for my grandbaby. The vehicle was in excellent condition. We will definitely book again if we ever visit Tennessee again!

This was the best vehicle for our trip to summer camp in GA with 4 teenage girls, my husband, and I along with lots and lots of luggage! It fit everything perfectly! Call the host was very easy to get in touch with and responded immediately. Would love to rent this again for our next family vacation!

The car was perfect for our family trip. Comfortable, decent mileage, plenty of room for bags in the back. Exterior had some scratches but overall the car is in great shape for having over 100k miles. Airport pickup and drop off was pretty simple.

We had an amazing trip and great experience. Communication was great. Seamless pickup and return. The vehicle did great. The interactive cruise control was amazing. SUV just as billed/pictured - pick up directions very clear and detailed. People great to deal with! Honestly the only negative I can say about the experience is unrelated to the car or the great people you deal with. It’s the shuttle service to the car and back to the airport. RIDICULOUSLY slow and adds a lot of unexpected time. Waited at least 25 min for pick up despite texting when I was walking off the plane. Still sitting here waiting on getting shuttle back to airport - you cannot have a tight connection or tight schedule.
