⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my 5th time renting through Turo, and by far it was the best experience I've had. The car was clean, drove great, and was well taken care of. I didn't even have to clean it because it was already spotless when I picked it up. Even though I didn't meet the owner, everything was smooth and well organized. I can not say enough good things about our experience! The Jeep was so fun but working with Craig and Lisa might have been more worth it than the Jeep. They went above and beyond to help me work out the reservation, answer questions, and it was all done with lightning fast response! Highly recommend!!
Great experience overall! The car is a 2018, so it has some normal wear, but it got me safely from Point A to Point B without any problems. The brakes could use a check, and the key fob battery may need replacing, but nothing kept me from completing my trip. It’s best for shorter drives rather than long-distance travel. The host was friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent from them again because the car did exactly what I needed it to do. Thank you!
