SUV rental at Birmingham International Airport (BHM)

I’ll keep it honest. For the price you’re getting a decent value. Was it the smoothest running vehicle? Probably not. Did it reliably get me from A-B? Yes it did. Even when I had battery issues they came to me personally and replaced the battery. If you’re looking to ride in luxury then this probably isn’t the fleet for you but if you need something affordable that gets you where you’re going then I think this is a good option. Probably wouldn’t have taken the car I had on a multi-hour road trip but if you need something to get around locally for a cheap price then this host is spot on.

From the moment we reached out, Wheels was incredibly communicative, understanding, kind, caring, and patient. He never made us feel like we were a burden or that the unexpected change was an inconvenience. Instead, he was compassionate and worked with us to make sure everything was okay. His calm and reassuring communication made an already stressful circumstance feel so much less overwhelming. During a time when there were already so many things to worry about, we were able to have confidence that everything would be alright—and that meant more than we can say. Wheels provided exceptional customer service, but more importantly, he showed genuine kindness and understanding when we needed it most. We are truly grateful for the experience and would absolutely rent from him again. If you’re considering renting from Wheels, my family and I highly recommend him. You won’t just receive a great vehicle—you’ll receive someone who genuinely cares about his customers.

Absolutely highly recommend renting. The car, the host, the service, and the hospitality were 2nd to none. As a Turo host myself, I pride myself on providing the best guest experience possible and I hope my guests feel half as good as they made us feel. The car was immaculate and in showroom condition when it arrived. It was surprisingly spacious and great on gas. My daily is a Tesla and the cruise control combined with he driver assist made me feel right at home as if I was in FSD mode. I can't thank you enough for the accommodations. Especially with our flights arriving after midnight and taking off at 6:30am. Not always the most fun hours, but it was appreciated more than you know.
