The car is great and did not have bad service last time I booked this. I was supposed to leave at 6AM to go on a business trip, Ryan didn’t wake up and let me in the car til 7:45. This made me late to my appointment. He did make up for it by giving me access in the app and I feel he learned his lesson and said that if he has another early appointment he will share that to the driver earlier.
