Great communication, free shuttle bus to pick-up/drop off location, easy access and a great car. I had a minor issue with a windshield wiper needing to be replaced after a long period of no rain. The host responded right away to my issue, gave me clear instructions on replacing the blade and I was given a refund for the money I spent. I will definitely be renting from this person in the future.

Car died on the Interstate.
The car did have a battery fail, and it was replaced immediately. It was actually replaced for the guest during his trip so it was uninterrupted. Unfortunately cars can have a battery fault. We handle this immediately.
