Host was amazing and very accommodating I had to extend two times with no issue at all which was a huge help seeing as my car was literally on jack stands for two days in front of my house which was the reason for the rental in the first place.The vehicle was the only reason for the rating. It had lots of damage on the exterior and some on the interior as well. The car both inside and out was filthy and look like it hadn’t been cleaned at all between rentals for quite some time. Not quite sure of the cleaning policy and standards for the hosts to follow as this was my first time renting with Turo. The vehicle had been in some sort of collision prior to my renting it (not sure how long before) but the tailgate door had been replaced with salvage parts I’m guessing so no sensor or button to use to make it close once it was open and the door did not align properly. The entire center console wasn’t attached to anything inside the car so if you leaned or pushed when just a little bit the whole thing would literally shift/move to the point of falling all the way over had it not been for the two front seats holding it in its place. The windows inside were very dirty as was the headliner and mirrors on the incisors. The floors had some plastic adhesive film in the mat area that was old and had holes in it from the drivers feet. The 36 dollar a day rental fee listed on the search page was never that even upon initial rental. So not sure how that works for that to be a real transparent cost per day prior to taxes and fees etc. this isn’t reflective of the host as I’m sure that is turos thing. All and all it was an emergency rental for commute and work due to my own car being out of commission on the weekend so this was really my only option for rental at the time. It was convenient for sure! I would definitely rent from the host again but in a different car and definitely use Turo again also
