Guest was notified within 30 minutes of booking. Vehicle was not returned from maintenance as scheduled, this is not standard practice.

Great rental experience overall. The car was in good condition, clean, and exactly as described. It performed very well during our trip, even though we didn’t encounter any snow in the mountains. Pickup and return were smooth, and the vehicle was comfortable and reliable for mountain driving. I would absolutely rent this car again and recommend it to others.
