Was an okay experience. The car was pretty dirty and dusty throughout at pickup. Pickup and drop off intructions were unclear. At pickup they only sent the address and the lockbox w/ the code. They did not clarify that the lockbox was not in the vehicle but actually at the end of a whole other row than where the car is so we had to run there and needed a photo from the host of the lockbox numbers to even identify the correct lockbox which they didn't include in the initial instructions.
