Car was not clean upon pick up with host insisting I return car back clean, car was overall fair
We clean and sanitize every vehicle before each trip. When asked for details, the only issue mentioned was minor dirt in a door jamb, which does not reflect the overall condition. We do not require cars to be returned “clean” beyond Turo guidelines. We attempted to address concerns, but communication was limited. We stand by the vehicle’s condition at pickup.
