Great car and great host!

Car worked well in snow while in Estes Park and Rocky Mountains. Makes some squeaky noises sometimes (noticed as soon as we started driving and made the first turn) but it didn’t bother us as long as it could handle the unpredictable May weather and did not break down on us during elevation. So it was a successful trip! The pick up location was great! I wanted to save money so I opted to not pick up at the airport PLUS took public transportation to the pick up location in Commerce City and it ended up being the first bus stop leaving the airport (also making it the last stop before bus goes to the airport). Quick tip if you’re interested in doing this too, keep in mind the bus comes one time each hour. It worked out for me even though I did not plan my bus trip on RTD before choosing times on Turo. However, my arrival did end up being earlier than expected and Trieu already had my solution in play, but was still responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions. Was also communicative and helpful before the trip. Would rent again! Thank you, Trieu!
