We were excited to find an affordable van for our annual Utah pilgrimage. It allowed us to easily transport our 3 kids and our luggage (and cousins!) as we joined in the family reunion fun. The van was clean and functioned well. It's old enough that it doesn't have Android Auto (or Apple CarPlay), but there was a little phone mount in the vehicle so we could just use our phones. There was a little maintenance issue that popped up during the trip, but the hosts were super responsive and helped take care of us the best they could, even though the dash light popped up super late at night. They were super flexible and we worked something out that worked for our trip. Only recommendations would be: (1) the angle of the dashboard and phone mount type made it tough to see my phone, so a different mount with more angle options would be helpful, and (2) the universal usb cables got a little loose so we ended up needing to use our own. Neither of these things was a major inconvenience though. Great hosts, nice vehicle.

Andrew was our best host yet! He made everything very easy and convenient, which made our trip very easy and convenient. I very much appreciated that he uses the short-term parking lot to leave the car so we didn't have to take a shuttle to a far away lot to get to the car. The car itself was very comfortable for our family of 6. I would highly recommend it and will look to rent from Andrew again in future trips.

Absolutely enjoyed our trip in the Sienna. As a mom trying to figure out my next upgrade I have been eyeing the Sienna and it was great to drive it and experience what the hype was about and we LOVED it! It was easy to book. Communication was fast and friendly. I appreciate their friendliness and easy to work with esp. it was a very last minute booking due to a family emergency but it worked out very well. The Sienna was smooth and great MPG. My only thing was the pick up and drop off at the location was a bit annoying for us who used LA Auto Spot for the first time. It wasn’t as smooth as I hope it was because we didn’t know our vehicle can’t enter so we went to the gate and the gate attendant have to deal with someone existing so we wait and have to figure out how to enter because it wasn’t in the pickup instruction. Only designated vehicles can enter and you MUST have a 6 digit number to tell them before they could open the gate. Everything else worked great once you enter. For dropping off thankfully I have figured out how it works and found my 6 digit number on the windshield which was a plus because dropping off was smoother having known that number BUT you MUST remember it to give at the gate after pressing the call button because they will ask for it again in order to open the gate to exit. To me it was just a bit annoying but I understand why but again another Turo customer was trying to exit and it was her first time using Turo and picking up from this location did not have her 6 digit TagMaster and I tried to help but couldn’t so she was stressing and I felt bad for her so, pickup entrant and drop off existing is a little annoying. Sorry. But I will definitely use you guys again since I now know how to enter and exit etc. vehicle was great and you guys were great it’s the location and the people there that’s a bit annoying.
Great van! Perfect for a quick weekend trip. The van is clean, spacious and gets good gas mileage. Other than no aux cord or Bluetooth connection for music, I highly recommend!
The convenience, van, and price definitely made our trip that much easier! It’s so nice having a vehicle we know can fit our family of 6. The kids also loved being able to watch movies during our drives- so that’s a plus! Thanks again.
Getting the car out of economy parking cost me $24 which I thought was way too expensive. The car must have been there hours before my trip began. Overall car was great, I always need 6 seats so the value vs typical rental counter car is good. Definitely will rent from L A Auto Spot again and recommend to anyone needing a rental in any of there locations.
