Easy to communicate with and friendly. Pick up location was changed at last minute. The car had a lot of large dings and scratches and no plates (papers on back window). During the trip the battery quit twice and luckily we had help from our friends. 1st he requested to we return 1 hour to SLC. When we asked him to come handle it while we were in classes for the day He suggested to Park City where there was not an Auto Center. We asked him again to come replace it and he said he couldn’t. Then we were requested to handle it ourselves again in Heber 1 hr and 1/2 away in the direction we were going. This cut into our plans and was a concern to travel unsure of what might happen if we stopped so we went straight there with no enjoyable stops along the way as planned. The battery was not at the Walmart auto center it was at the curbside pick up but we had a friendly man there who helped us. He then tested the battery and he said it showed underlying issue and was not charging correctly as well as not installed well. Best to take new battery to have safe travels. This rental car situation was distracting and stressful interrupting our free day, missing the local market we wanted to see, after classes.

Thank you for pointing out this issues. Just as a summary: Locations changed at last minute because the Garage Parking lot was close due of the LDS's mission trips arrivals. Instead, to make it easier for you, I delivered it in person so you didn't have to move much. The Varavan is a new add to the fleet with its legal Utah Temp Plate. Instead of sending you to Turo support, I tried helping you by prepaying a battery for you togo to a Walmart of you convenience. I am sorry it was not enough.
Car worked very well. Clean and lots of space.
