Great overall experience. There are not many unlimited miles options at a reasonable price. Based off of the age of car, location, car features and price I believe this is one of the best deals on Turo. The rental process went smooth from pickup to drop off. Matias took time to make sure all my accommodations were met. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent experience renting this minivan. The vehicle was very clean, both inside and out, and it was extremely comfortable to drive and ride in, making our trip much more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ish, who was very accommodating, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout the rental process. Communication was smooth, and everything was well organized. One of the biggest highlights was that the minivan is a hybrid. Fuel consumption was surprisingly low, which helped us save a lot on gas during our trip. It was great to have a spacious family vehicle without worrying about high fuel costs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fuel-efficient vehicle and outstanding customer service!

As a dedicated minister to the faith, I must be honest. My honest take of this trip I recently took overall is good. That is not without issues, of course concerning the trip overall. Categories as far as the reservation and concerning the car being clean before I used it would be the only categories where I had experienced anything less than great. With that said, the host still worked with me through each of those circumstances offering me different rentals and as well being fair in regards to charges on the account. He worked through all of these things with me. Aside from that, the vehicle drove well and had a great deal of space that I needed for the family. It's mechanical operation did not cause any worry during the trip with the newer oddessy. The hosts work through all things that came up the entire trip even at some points when it was late. Unfortunately the vehicle did smell of smoke and I had to clean it myself with wiping it down. So getting past that was the biggest part of my rental but once I did that the rental itself overall was still great. This rental isn't one of the cheapest rentals out there, but it's definitely worth the money. When you consider the room you get the decent mechanical operation of the vehicle and reliability. If I had to go out of state, I would choose this vehicle again. I would of course communicate with the owner. As for making sure it is clean and up to standard on our next rental, I might even rent it a few hours early just in case we have to deal with such a thing. Fantastic rental experience! This Honda Odyssey was exactly what we needed for our trip. It comfortably accommodated all five of us with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The unlimited miles were a huge bonus and gave us the flexibility to explore without worrying about mileage restrictions. The van was clean, reliable, and drove great throughout our entire trip. On top of that, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value. We would absolutely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and dependable ride!

We had a great experience renting a mini van from Ryan. He was very responsive and clearly answered all of my questions before our trip and had accurate and easy instructions to follow once it was time for our reservation. I was traveling alone with 3 kids and it was still easy to manage the pick up and drop off. The shuttle was located right outside of baggage claim, we only had to wait a couple of minutes for it to come and the drive to the parking lot was probably less than 5 minutes away. Quick and easy and I greatly preferred it to having to wait and deal with a car rental agency. The car was in great shape, clean and had no smell or added scent to it which was appreciated.

The VW ID. Buzz is a great mini van type of vehicle. Just a little wind/whistle noise at interstate speeds but not noticeable when listening to music. Pickup location was great and very public so did not have any worries about leaving my vehicle during the trip. Brent was a great host and I want to thank him for his hospitality. Definitely recommend renting the ID.Buzz if you’re looking for a roomy, easy, fun ride for a long road trip or just bee bopping around town or the beach. And as one guest said in their review be ready to entertain people coming up to ask about the Buzz. The van was everything we needed and at a good price. It was waiting for us at Orlando airport when we arrived. During our trip we traveled to Tampa and Cocoa Beach without any problems. We would definitely rent again.

This van was perfect. super good on mileage, even when i was hauling things in it. the ev hybrid aspect also helped save on gas. it was comfortable on longer drives, and it was pretty reasonable on the price given all the features only negative i can think of is the air freshener smelled terrible and was really strong when i picked the car up. it smelled like stale weed and cheap cologne lol. but i think someone had smoked in there before me, so not much the owner could do about that. maybe a professional cleaning when someone smokes in the car. that's what the smoking penalty fee is for, right??? would highly recommend overall. great rental

The car itself was great, clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. It worked perfectly during the 5 days we rented it, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The only downside was the pickup and drop-off experience. The pickup location, Sunrise Parking near LAX, was inconvenient. We had to wait around 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after arrival. Returning the car was even more frustrating. The staff at the front gate told me it would be at least a 30-minute wait for the next shuttle and suggested I walk back to the airport instead. I ended up walking about 15 minutes, which fortunately worked out because I had already dropped off my family and luggage beforehand and had enough time before my flight. Otherwise, this could have caused a major issue. I’m leaving a 5-star rating because the car and host delivered a great experience. However, Turo should address the transportation issues related to this pickup location, as it impacts the overall rental experience.

Saved our trip. Originally had a reservation with enterprise and they canceled my reservation last minute. Family wedding up north had to scramble to figure out a new solution. First time using the app was quick and easy and the car was very close by.

Fantastic rental experience with Elmar. Very communicative and met us when we landed even though we were slightly delayed. Vehicle was perfect for our foursome and fit our clubs (in travel cases) and was VERY reasonable for gas even in these high price gas times. Vehicle is a hybrid so we got about 200kms of "free" driving because the van was charged. Very responsive vehicle and very easy to drive. Great experience and would definitely rent again from Elmar

Charlotte was extremely responsive and kind!Her directions were clear and this car rode like a dream and was PERFECT for my family get-together. It’s got very normal wear and tear, but what do you expect? A perfect car? For the price it’s offered at this is EASILY the most bang for your buck. I appreciate the services she provided and if I need to rent another minivan in the area, I’ll go to hers first!

This was my first rental from Turo, and my first automatic drive in 15yrs (i'm a manual type of guy) the process from first contact with Hafiz, to the pick up, the explaining the procedure of it all, reminding me quickly how to use an automatic & the dropping off of the car was amazing! So glad I found this Turo app and i'm already looking for excuses to rent another 1 of Hafiz's cars (will do another automatic) i basically rented this car as there was 6 of us going away for a couple of days, and it was perfect!
