Having your own transportation on vacation is the best! And having a host who is responsive makes for a great start and end. The van is on the older side and needs a few fixes, which I have mentioned, but overall it was perfect for what we needed. If you decide to rent this van, make sure the headlights have been changed or you will not be able to drive at night; very unsafe! However, we were able to fit 7 adults, mostly comfortably, for our “memorable” family vacation!
Great rental! It was clean, reliable, and had a smooth, comfortable ride the entire trip. The A/C worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in the Hawaii heat. Everything was just as described, and the rental process was easy from start to finish. I would definitely rent this van again and highly recommend it to others!

We actually forgot to fill up the gas before returning the car, but Danny was so calm about it and already knew what to do. He just sent me the gas receipt, and I paid him through Venmo. Absolutely the best!! The car worked perfectly for our whole 3 week trip with our two kids!! The drop down storage in the trunk was phenomenal, Jon was beyond helpful from the amazing ease of drop off and pickup to helping us extend our trip by 10 days, I can’t thank him enough for what an amazing trip he helped us accomplish! I can’t say enough about how great of an experience it was communicating with Shaylen and using this Sienna.
