I’m leaving a 3-star review due to a few issues during my rental experience. The vehicle was not fully cleaned at the time of pick-up, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was charged a $20 fee for allegedly returning the vehicle with “$10 worth of gas missing,” which I believe was an error. I refueled at a gas station very close to the drop-off location immediately before returning the vehicle.
Upon pick-up, the rear tire was significantly low on air. We didn’t realize it at first, but during the trip the entire back of the van was shaking noticeably. After inflating the tire, the shaking improved but did not completely go away. This affected the overall comfort and confidence in the vehicle for the duration of our trip.
Overall, the van served its purpose, but these issues impacted the experience enough to warrant a 3-star rating.
It’s Turo policy for a $10 fee on top of actual fuel costs when you don’t refill the tank. Joshua was charged according to Turo policy.
It’s very simple if the car we provide isn’t up to your standards let us know and we can cancel or end the trip as appropriate so you can get something more suitable.
Joshua made no comment about any issues during his trip only choosing to leave a bad review when asked to pay as agreed.
