The host was very professional and responsive.

Van rode nice and smooth. Upon renting it, I had to present my DL in person, which was different. I've never had to do that before. So make sure to have it on hand in order to retrieve the keys. Over all it was a good car, very spacious, and got us from point A to point B with no issues.

5/5 stars for customer service. Only giving four stars since the car had a couple issues. The check engine light came on during the trip, and the key fob didn’t work. The customer service offered a new car if the check engine light made me uncomfortable and changed the batteries for the key fob on a non business day which was awesome. The key fob still didn’t work after the battery change but I just dealt with it and never locked the doors. There is a physical key provided but the key sometimes set off the alarm which was frustrating.
