Car rode like a champ, checking in was a breeze. The host accommodated everything I needed for my trip, the host has great customer service skills. They check in on us during our trip to make sure everything was going smooth. I will be booking with them in the future.

The van did complete the trip, but it had several issues that should not be ignored. The headlights were extremely fogged over, cutting visibility at night by at least half, and we had to stop driving after dark because it was unsafe. The front passenger wiper blade was worn out to the point that it didn't clear the windshield. Both sides of the stow & go seats were totally broken, so much that they collapsed inward fully multiple times during the trip and clearly have been that way for a long time. The sliding doors required being shut very hard to latch properly, which was frustrating and inconvenient for it to keep happening. The suspension felt worn out, and the ride for rear passengers was rough and bumpy.

With the number of trips this host has completed, I expected a vehicle that was at least not failed on major things like headlight beam strength and wiper blsdes. It was clean but not safe or fully maintained. Instead, these ongoing issues made the experience uncomfortable and at times unsafe.

The car was clean and tank was full and a new oil change, and the contactless pickup was very smooth and easy process. They gave good specific details, and their responses back to me were made quickly. Overall very good trip

The car ran smoothly and was clean. I felt the pick up location was safe and professional. The host communicated very clearly. We had a last minute emergency and made it easy to get the vehicle.
