The car was clean and easy to access.

It looked like they just hoesed it off before I picked it up. There was no windshield fluid to clean the dirty windshield. Whenever I messaged the host they didn't respond.. Then I got locked out of the car the first night I had it because there was something wrong with the locking system + the key didn't work. Luckily the host got AAA to open it in a reasonable amount of time but there were many inconveniences. Not to mention the backup key started to not work so well after a day of using it.
Several issues with this guest that we will not be able to fit here in this response, because there is a limit to the allowed host response.
1. Guest broke window switch within 30 mins of getting into car, and lied saying it was already broken.
2. Guest said he went to a carwash, and to send him $10.
3. Guest said his remote did not work, he was locked out. We remotely unlocked the vehicle. We sent him AAA. At vehicle return all remotes worked.
4. An hour before return, he changed return 6 times
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
No off-roading
Vehicle may have a device that collects driving and location data. Data may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or protection purposes.
