I had the Town & Country for about a month and took it on a major cross-country trip—from California to Chicago and back, with stops through Arizona and Wisconsin—and it was an incredible value compared with other options. The mileage allowance was more than generous, and the van itself was smooth, comfortable, roomy, and perfect for a long trip.
What really set CoBros Rentals apart was their customer service. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and easy to reach. I had a few questions about connecting my phone, navigation, and the audio system, and they always got back to me right away. That level of communication made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire rental.
Pickup and drop-off were both easy and seamless, and the overall quality of the experience was exceptional. They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared that we had a great trip. It is hard to find that kind of personal, responsive customer service.
CoBros Rentals made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and I would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
