If I could give zero stars I would! Most horrible experience I have ever dealt with on Turo. Each day I had the car, the battery was dead each time I tried to start it. Van was really a piece of crap! So we wasted time jumping this car everyday then having to spend excessive amount of money on Uber. Communication was HORRIBLE with host and he acted as if my account was hacked and he wasn’t receiving my messages. I didn’t know until the last day, that I could contact Turo for them to come out for mechanical issues and now I’m not able to get a refund and of course the host isn’t responding. Lesson learned and I would never use Turo again!
