This was by far one of the best Turo experiences we’ve had. The Kia Carnival was brand new, spotless, and the perfect vehicle for our family trip. The convenience, comfort, and overall condition of the vehicle made traveling around the island so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was that the host provided a car seat at no extra charge. It saved us the hassle of traveling with one and made our trip so much easier. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful guide with recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and places to visit. We actually used several of their suggestions, and they were fantastic. It was such a personal touch that made us feel welcomed and helped us make the most of our vacation. What truly set this experience apart, though, was their exceptional kindness and customer service. We accidentally left sunglasses in the vehicle after we had already arrived at the airport. The host immediately messaged us, and to our surprise, drove all the way to the airport to return them before our flight. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable vehicle and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely rent from them again!

John’s Carnival was in excellent condition, ran well, and was the best option for a family of 6. The LIH Turo lot can be hard to get reception but John gave us all the pertinent info ahead of time to make pickup seamless. Would rent again.

Phillip literally saved the day! Our first host - not Phillip- gave us a car with a non- working seat belt. Phillip had a replacement car ready for us right away!! The car was perfectly clean, it rides really well, and has plenty of space for all of our gear. We could not have asked for a better experience with Phillip, he’s the BEST!

Love Turo on Kauai. Our host was fantastic. There were other minivans to select…but this is a 5 star host, So less worry about a host cancelling. Love having the option to add on beach chairs. Also the hybrid was great. 2 weeks on Kauai and only one fill up! Highly recommend.

I loved driving the Toyota Sienna minivan in Kauai. It has cold A/C, a nice sound system and everything works. Our family was comfortable, and it was great on gas. The host is also very personable, friendly and reasonable. This was our first time visiting Kauai, and I hope to return to see more and interact with the people who are lucky enough to call this healing place home.
