The car functioned, but was not cleaned when we picked it up. We picked up another car from another renter that was immaculately clean.

worse expericance I had ever with turo,extremely dirty car couldnt travel with my kids, just used couple of times for shopping . i notified the owner from the begining about the dirt and was informed that sorry i dont have a cleaner on weekends, i am shocked. never ever rent car from this person and I will contact with turo.part of my vacation was ruined because of this car.
