Waited over an hour after my rental start time to get the location and code to get into the vehicle. With limited time on the island this was an inconvenience. We are also Turo hosts and would always make sure our guests have access immediately. Also there was an AirTag in the vehicle and Turo enacted a policy a few months ago that AirTags had to be removed from all vehicles.

Car worked well for us, had to wait at the car and contact host several times before getting lockbox code.
