Great car and great host. Everything went smoothly and the vehicle was otherwise great. The only issue was the windshield had significant mineral buildup that caused streaking and glare, especially in sunlight and at night. We even tried cleaning it ourselves with our own glass cleaner, but the buildup wouldn't come off. Other than that, everything was great and I'd definitely rent from this host again.

Forgot to check out at 3pm. Vehicle was returned @2:45pm, and weather was not to nice but vehicle was perfect for the weekend for a family funeral.

Car worked well for what we needed. It did have an issue with a low tire but Avis was willing to help make things right upon drop off.

Aloha Ryan, before your rental we did not have any guests report low tire pressure. As soon as you informed us, I offered to compensate you for the air you put in and also allowed you to return the van without cleaning it as a good will gesture. Typically if a slow leak happens when a guest uses our vehicle, they are responsible. We honored your word saying it was already there and fixed it at our expense. Feel as though we went above what was needed and gave a 5 star experience:)
