Perfect car for our quick trio and big family! We have 5 kids in carseats and it did great!!

Forgot to check out at 3pm. Vehicle was returned @2:45pm, and weather was not to nice but vehicle was perfect for the weekend for a family funeral.

Car worked well for what we needed. It did have an issue with a low tire but Avis was willing to help make things right upon drop off.
Aloha Ryan, before your rental we did not have any guests report low tire pressure. As soon as you informed us, I offered to compensate you for the air you put in and also allowed you to return the van without cleaning it as a good will gesture. Typically if a slow leak happens when a guest uses our vehicle, they are responsible. We honored your word saying it was already there and fixed it at our expense. Feel as though we went above what was needed and gave a 5 star experience:)
