Car was clean and worked really well for our trip. Will was a great host and always responded quickly.

Turo pickup location signage can be better. Numerous individuals including ourselves were a bit at a loss as to where to go for transfer. The Turo shuttle happened to be delayed which led to a 40 minute extended wait. Once transferred to the Turo lot, all else was easy and smooth. The vehicle had a faulty gas hatch which limited the use of the drivers side sliding door. The hatch needs to be fixed immediately to reduce any further risk of hatch part loss or safety measures since the drivers slide door will not unlock and open if the gas latch is disengaged. Fortunately when we became fully aware of the vehicle’s limitations, we adjusted our itineraries and limited our use of the vehicle. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. But these issues really should have been addressed long sooner since it was pretty obvious it had been an ongoing issue.

Car is older with no automatic doors or back hatch. Functioned ok though.
