Luxury car rental at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

I am pleased to provide this review of my Turo rental experience with Tom and his Chevrolet Corvette. Tom’s service as a host was exemplary in every respect. He demonstrated outstanding responsiveness, addressing all of my inquiries promptly and with clear, detailed information prior to and throughout the rental period. His professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and commitment to ensuring a smooth and seamless process were truly impressive and contributed significantly to an enjoyable experience from booking to return. The Corvette itself was exceptional. I recommend Tom without reservation to anyone seeking a premium sports car rental through Turo. His dedication and the quality of the vehicle have exceeded my expectations.

From start to finish, this was by far one of the BEST car rental experiences I’ve ever had. Pickup was quick and hassle-free, and Gio went above and beyond assisting with all my questions with outstanding quick response time 24/7. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and drove like it was brand new. It was exactly as advertised, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the cleanliness to the full tank of gas and the excellent condition of the car. What really stood out was the customer service. Gio was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. He answered all of my questions (especially when it came to navigating the dumpster fire of TURO customer service, ) made the process seamless, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another reservation. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as pickup, with no hidden fees, surprises, or unnecessary delays. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again and will absolutely recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and stress-free car rental experience. Phenomenal car, excellent host. I drive a Porsche Boxster S at home, and I wanted to try something similar but different during my trip in Phoenix. The z4 m40i is a rare find on Turo, and it is arguably one of the best light weight sports cars of the past few years. It made for amazing top down cruising in the mornings and evenings, and a surprisingly quiet and comfortable experience with the top up during the hottest times of day. The car never missed a beat and was a ton of fun. It could use some minor touch ups cosmetically, but mechanically it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Corvette and a great experience from start to finish. The car was clean, well maintained, and an absolute blast to drive. KonRad was an excellent host, responsive, professional, and made the pickup and return process easy and hassle-free. The Corvette definitely lived up to expectations and made the trip that much more enjoyable. I would absolutely rent from KonRad again and highly recommend both the car and the host. Five stars!

Truck was awesome ride. Kids loved it, going down from it psyched the competition. Victor was a very good host, accommodated all my silly questions since it's my first time using Turo and driving a Tesla. Will recommend him and the truck to anyone.

Our 8-day rental with Kasandra was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! She went above and beyond to make our trip special. When we arrived, she had a personalized welcome card waiting for us along with a great selection of snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated right away. Her communication throughout the entire rental was excellent. She was responsive, friendly, and proactive, making the pickup and return process completely stress-free. The Tesla Cybertruck was exactly as described—immaculately clean, in excellent condition, and an incredible vehicle to drive. It’s clear that Kasandra genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience for her guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would gladly rent from her again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless Turo experience!

Fantastic car and great customer service. Pickup lot was easy to find and access, car was clean and had full tank. Was let down by another rental agency and booked this car last minute, and it was a really simple process from start to finish. Had a great time driving it and will be using these guys again 😁

Car was clean - biggest thing for me. I've rented a few cars in the past that smelled like smoke, but this car did not at all. Also, the car and had nice extras, like a cup-holder, phone holder, floor mats, and seat covers, just like the ones I have on my Tesla. Super simple pick-up with phone key. Car has FSD, unlike many of the Tesla rentals, so totally worth it. Host was super responsive. My kids asked to rent this exact car the next time we travel to town.

Benjamin was an excellent host, and the 2026 Tesla Model Y was absolutely amazing. The vehicle was clean, smooth, and a pleasure to drive, and the Full Self-Driving feature made the experience even better. I had no issues at all during the trip. Benjamin was very accommodating, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process. He even allowed me to pick up the vehicle two days earlier than my original reservation, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was such a great experience that I’m seriously considering getting another Tesla myself. Thank you again, Benjamin, for providing such an amazing vehicle while my dad was visiting Arizona. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent from him again.
