The host made it easy to pick up the vehicle, but they did not properly maintain it, which put my family's safety and my vacation plans at risk. During the trip, we got a flat tire because of the tires being worn out. When we contacted the host, he kindly reminded us that it’s the renter’s responsibility to replace or fix the tire. The tire could have been easily fixed if it hadn't been so bald, but because it was, I had to buy a new one. The tires were so bald that I ran over a rock, and that caused the flat tire and a $600 fee I had to pay to replace the tire. If I hadn’t had the funds, my family and I could have been stranded, ruining our vacation. I recommend doing proper maintenance before handing the vehicle over to renters, and renters should check the vehicle before driving away to ensure it’s properly maintained so they won’t have to pay extra out of pocket.

Rented the car for a week while we were in town. Host had excellent communication! Will definitely be renting the cyber truck in a few months when we are back again!
