Erika was a pleasure to work with. She provided all relevant information in a timely and thorough manner. The car was very well cleaned, and I appreciated that the seats were covered and the car mats were all-weather mats. This put my mind at ease and I worried less about making accidental spills or stains. In fact, on this topic, for my travels home I needed to rent a car from a well known car rental company and that car was truly filthy. It made me appreciate Erika's car and her attention to cleanliness even more. When I contacted Erika about one concern, she responded very promptly and was definitely customer service oriented.
