First time using Turo, and Jane made the experience so special!! Our shady rental car company was out of business when we arrived in Jacksonville, and there were no rentals left at any car company. We took an Uber to Jane, and she saved our weekend!! We drove all around St. Augustine and even on the beach. My husband left his phone in the Jeep after we dropped it off, and Jane drove to us to give him his phone!! Unbelievable customer service. We will rent from Jane again and again!!

Andrew was the most hospitable rental host I've ever had. He was extremely friendly upon meeting, and accommodating for my trip home for the holidays. He even offered beverages when I picked up the vehicles, and offered other vehicles if the Tiguan wasn't a good fit. The car rode great. I live far from St. Augustine, but it was well worth the trip for the vehicle and the service provided. I highly recommend him and his vehicles are great!

This Honda Pilot was perfect for our needs-comfortable and spacious-third row seating or large cargo area. Very clean and well maintained and Donnie went above and beyond to make sure we were able to make our trip to our son’s wedding with the vehicle we needed. This was our first Turo rental but I would absolutely do it again. Great price for the vehicle and mileage compared to large companies.

This was my first time using this app and I am so glad I found Jeffrey and his car. I had some issues with a rental at the airport and was stranded there with no car! Jeffery understood my dilemma and was so kind to go out of his way to deliver his car to me 45 min away from the original pick up location. He also was ok with me delivering the car back to him later than planned. He made sure I was ok and checked on me until my family arrived. It’s just refreshing to see that there are good people in this world! His car was in perfect condition, clean as a whistle and well taken care of. Next time I am back in the area I am defiantly booking a car from him again!

Duane was able to provide my best experience with renting a car. I flew in from New Jersey and the rental car place I went to was out of cars. As my first time I was nervous to use Turo for a reliable rental car but going through the process and working with Duane not only made my trip less stressful and convenient, but his kindness and dependability has set a standard they may not be matched. The car ran excellent and its cleanliness was new car worthy. I would not only recommend but he will be the only individual I will use when in the area of Jacksonville.

Incredible sound system, and every bell and whistle a luxury vehicle can come with. Fantastic ride for a road trip. Our entire family had plenty of leg room and comfort. This is our go to now for any road trip we make. Check in and out was very straightforward and communication was great.
