Hands downs a seamless transaction. Why would I ever spend an hour at a rental counter again when I can do it online and have the car minutes later. Owner Eric was super helpful and took the time to show us how to navigate what could have been a complicated process of operating a Tesla for the first time. Charging was no problem and if there was a problem he was there on text to help. We adjusted our pick up and drop off times and locations three times and he didn't seem to mind a bit. There were no hidden charges and no real upsells. And that was enough to make the transaction perfect. Highly recommend.

Alexey was excellent to work with, this was my first time using Turo and I was a bit nervous, as I am on vacation in an unfamiliar area to me. I paid extra to have him deliver the Tesla to my hotel and everything went perfect The Model X Plaid is unlike anything you have ever driven, so much instant power it was unbelievably fun to drive, makes me want to buy one! Definitely rent this for a few days if you have the chance you will not regret it!

Had a great experience with Neil. The palisade was on time, well equipped, in great shape and incredibly clean and Neil communicated very well. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely rent this vehicle again next time we’re in SW Florida.

The price is good! the car is very simple so it’s good for quickly trips. The AC was not working and there are some stains in the front window. Is not possible to connect the phone in the car to charge or listen to music. Gio was very flexible about the time of pick up and drop off.

Let me start with saying I picked this car up with a completely clean windshield.... in Florida... needless to say within 5 mins of driving I was stacking the bugs up on there. That just shows the level of cleanliness this host maintains. Everything was clean and worked great. Also the pricing was extremely fair for the type of vehicle. Would definitely book again. Very smooth and simple process with a host who is great with communication. Let me make it simple. Book this cad, have a great trip.

Wow what a great first turo experience in a prestine Porsche Macan. The owner was great to communicate with and the drop off and pick up was seamless. The Porsche Macan was a perfect rental for a day out of golfing with the buddies as it fit us so well and got us there in luxury and comfort with heated seats for that early morning tee off and cooled seats for that afternoon drive back to the 19th hole. Highly recommend this rental as it was a great value and experience overall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
