Jason was amazing to work with and was very helpful. He gave very clear directions to the vehicle and made our trip easy. He also gave recommendations for restaurants and nearby attractions. He was quick to respond when messaged and was very helpful. At the end of our trip the parking garage at the airport was full so he drove us and dropped us off to make it easier for us. The Bronco was great and so was Jason.
The car was excellent, and I really enjoyed all the features it came with. The pickup location was easy to find, which made the process smooth and convenient. The host was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to know about the car before my trip. The car was great and clean, our correspondants were very nice and reactive. As soon as we had a question, they answered right away, which felt nice ! We only had issues to connect the phones (either Bluetooth and cable were sensitive) and the windshield was broken. Other than that, great experience and great car !

I'll be honest: This was my first time doing this thing and I wasn't sure what to expect. After some minor directional issues on my part I arrived to pickup the vehicle. The owners/staff were top notch. Courteous, helpful, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I'll be checking out the other vehicles they offer and booking another soon!
Came to visit family, I have visited New Orleans before and typically rent from Turo, this vehicle and host was by far the best! We have a toddler who needs a car seat and he installed it for us before we even got here, which as we all Know is a huge relief of one less thing us parents have to do. The hosts communication was amazing everytime we had a question he answered right away he made the check in and check out process so easy! We definitely will be booking this vehicle everytime we come to visit family!

I came home for the holidays for my yearly family trip and I always like to rent new cars to drive while I’m home. This was by far the best car I’ve ever rented, sound system, big tires and lifted, and a nice matte wrap. I pulled up to Christmas in style and everybody loved it everyone wanted to take a ride in it! The Raptors awesome. Definitely drives amazingly! awesome interior and so many features. i WILL be rent this raptor again when i come back in town in a few months.
