This host is TERRIBLE, I’ve never had a bad experience with Turo until renting this vehicle. Utterly Classless!!!!!!!
Guest fails to understand that we are a rental company with policy’s.
-Guest did not understand why he could not have early pickup due to the vehicle being on another reservation with another guest.
-Day of return, guest tried pushing his reservation back by 3 hours as he stated, due to over sleeping. His request was denied due to vehicle not being available.
-Guest got very hostile with our team.
-Guest has been removed from our approved renters list.
