I have racked up more than 45 days of rental with Gabriel, and never had any issues with the trips. This is no mom ‘n pop start-up. He and his staff ran this place like am well-oiled machine. The cars are so much cleaner than those from the Big 3 Car Rental companies, and Gabriel is extremely easy to communicate with, and he’s also very accommodating. Most of my rentals are for business use. With my job depending on getting to and from my work sites on time and without any incidents, I would not rent from anyone else but Gabriel. I had to rent from Newark airport and found this place just $45 Uber ride to pick up the car in Edison NJ about 30-40 min out , will save you $1000 (airport rentals from Newark are ridiculous) . It was great to rent from these guys they have a fancy big lot and it’s busy with a waiting room bathrooms and flat screen TVs . I felt very safe picking up the vehicle from them and dropping it off as well . Everyone is super nice that works there . The SUV was brand new , and it was a dream to drive . No hidden costs. Only draw back is I had to go back to the dealership and get a ride to the airport so that added another $45 , still way cheaper than an airport rental . Nice guys @ Edison Nissan , it was a great experience . Def hitting them up again when I travel to NY .

I liked the process and the quickness of frank and his team, HOWEVER TURO needs to do better with the flexibility to extend the trip and NOT BOOK BACL TO BACK... Money is gonna be collected regardless, sometimes things happen and the fact that i couldn't extend my trip dur to an unforseen situation and i had to drive a longgg time to return it ,wasnt ok. But Frank and his team are def a 5+star team.

No issues. Car was a pretty new model so it drove very nicely. For me and where I am from, the place was a bit far to pick up and return the vehicle so a plus for this company would be to offer a drop off and pick up service at a very reasonable price for convenience to their customers. But possibly because of covid this may not have been an option for them. Nevertheless I still would rent their vehicles.

Daniel's Model Y was amazing! Used it to go to DC and auto pilot worked great. Daniel was very helpful with using the Tesla and communicated fast when we had questions after. I will definitely be getting a Tesla after this and I would reccomend anyone to rent from him.

The car was clean and service was great. A very successful first trip with Turo! One tiny thing to note is that the Edison Nissan sticker on the rear window is a little distracting while looking in the rear view, but you get used to it.
