Car pick up and drop off were very straightforward. We had the car for 4 days, drove to Sarasota without any issues. When we ran into an issue with the car not starting, Vinny was immediately responsive, offered suggestions for how to address the issue and multiple solutions if the initial suggestions didn’t work. Luckily, once we popped the hood open, we saw that the negative terminal connection was just loose so we bought a wrench and fixed it easily. Vinny was very helpful and supportive through the process. Would definitely rent from him again if we’re ever back in the area!

The SUV was very clean the host was great and the ride was smooth. I didn't check out on time because the host was late and needed more time. I did checkout before he got there eventhough I was fine before checkout time .I guess the weather was bad. Other than that the host was great and I would rent from him again
