David was great communicated very well. The car was in the first parking lot outside the baggage claim. David provided a pin drop of the exact location of the car which was extremely helpful. The car was spotless and in like new condition. The car did not have typical rental car wear or the off smell most rental cars have. The car is extremely fuel efficient with a roomy interior and large trunk. An added bonus was the tinted windows which was a big plus in the 90 degree temperatures. I highly recommend David and will definitely rent with him again.
We had a great experience! Fantastic directions and use of lockbox to obtain car key! Car was clean, full of gas, and ready for travel. Atilla and his team have forever changed my car rental experience. The on-time, curbside airport drop off and immaculate car, truly would have earned this a 5 star review. But I have to say, what really sets this experience apart is how accommodating, responsive, flexible and warm the whole team was– even with my changing plans. Upon return, I nearly missed my train and they were loading my arms up with my belongings in the trunk, cheering me on “go go go” as I screamed “hold the train!!” It was truly the sweetest most personable experience, and put a smile on my face for the rest of the day.
