Renaldo was super flexible in my pickup and drop off. My flight to SLC had been cancelled and I was a day later than expected. My return flight was also cancelled, so I contacted Renaldo to lengthen my trip a couple of days. He made the process smooth at pickup and drop off. The car was a very nice drive and super clean. There was a bit of musty smell and the volume on the stereo doesn’t work properly, but I had read that in previous comments so it was expected. Once I got the volume correct, I hooked my phone up to Apple Play and cruised my entire trip without incident. Thank you for lending me your car and being responsive and flexible!
